Cold grey rain's third and latest album is entitled “Awakening of Sorrows”.
It features 8 new introspective songs about the difficulty of living, the anxieties linked to one's own life experience, and other topical subjects in a context of human darkness.
Melancholy songs that touch our souls to the core, addressing themes such as addiction “Those things”, loneliness that turns to madness “Impulsion” and fear of abandonment “Injury”.
Sébastien's new self-produced album features a wide variety of melodies, but never strays far from the exclusively dark thread that runs through it.
There are songs with catchy beats, such as the darkwave “impulsion”, with its martial bass and rhythm, the synthpop “Existence” and the almost industrial “Le Mur”.
From the poetic French-language “l'empreinte” to the slick synth sequences of “uncolored night”, from the synth guitar riffs of “those things” to the poignant and tense “Injury”.
CGR takes us into a nebulous universe and invites you to share the experience..

On July 31, the second album of Cold Grey Rain's discography has been released by Peruvian InClub Records.
The album, is entitled "Time Waits For No One", where features fourteen, mostly new, songs.

This second LP is from the French project cold / minimal wave created by Sébastien Fort
(next to Complexités Humaines released in 2015).
The style in which he creates Cold Grey Rain can be described as a danceable and reflective variety of minimalist coldness. Noteworthy is the dark, melancholy voice of the vocalist, perfectly matching the mood of the music.
The album is announced by the single "Shadows".
The album released by InClub Records on July 31, 2020 in physical (CD) and digital versions. The album is avalaible on the InClub Records website on Bandcamp.
